PropertyReady AI is a product of ForePublishing LLC, the legal operator and seller of this service. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to ForePublishing LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with care.
Photos you upload. You submit photographs of your property for AI analysis. These photos are transmitted securely to our analysis service (powered by OpenAI) solely to generate your report. We temporarily store photos in a private Cloudflare assessment job so processing can resume after an interruption. Your temporary browser draft and provider processing are described below.
Property notes. Any optional notes you provide about your property are used only to contextualize your analysis and may be reflected in the generated report. Notes are temporarily stored with the assessment job and are not used for another purpose.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect payment details, billing name, and transaction metadata in accordance with their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
Session data. Photos and notes are temporarily saved in your browser to survive the Stripe redirect. We clear that draft when the report is delivered or you start a new assessment. Abandoned photo and note drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next visit. If you leave before completion, a private purchase credential may remain in your browser for up to 4 days so you can retrieve the completed report; this does not extend its 3-day availability. After completion, your browser retains only a private recovery credential, anonymous assessment identifier and expiry, not your photos, notes or report contents. Use the recovery link or code to reopen the report for 3 days; download your PDF for permanent access.
Usage logs. Operational logs record service events and errors for monitoring. Application logs exclude photo content, property notes, payment tokens, and customer email.
Photos are used only for your requested assessment, not for advertising, resale or unrelated AI purposes. Private temporary processing storage supports recovery after interruptions. Completed reports are available for 3 days after completion using a private recovery link or code. Download and save your PDF for permanent access.
Cloudflare hosts the application and processes requests, including temporary storage of photos, notes, validated intermediate results, and reports for assessment recovery. It may process connection information such as IP addresses for security and rate limiting. Platform logs and security records are subject to its own policies.
Stripe handles payment processing. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
OpenAI processes your photos and property notes to generate AI analysis. We request analysis with API response storage disabled (store: false); this does not eliminate provider security or abuse-monitoring retention. Data submitted for analysis is subject to OpenAI's API data policies. Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in your photos and notes; the submitted content is sent to OpenAI for analysis.

We keep a limited consent audit in Cloudflare D1 to record your affirmative acceptance of the Results Disclaimer, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. It contains a server timestamp, anonymous assessment identifier, the exact policy and checkbox wording versions and content hashes, and a checkout/payment reference where applicable. It does not contain photos, property notes, report content, email, card details, IP addresses, user-agent information, or owner-test credentials. We use these records for support, transaction reconciliation, and disputes, with access restricted to authorized personnel. Paid consent records are retained for six years; abandoned or unpaid records for 90 days; staging test records for 30 days. Relevant policy versions are retained while linked records remain. Deletion from the active database may remain recoverable briefly through provider backups. Privacy Policy disclosure is not recorded as affirmative acceptance unless we explicitly ask you to acknowledge it.
Cloudflare temporarily stores the submitted photos, property notes, processing checkpoints, purchase reference and generated report in a private assessment job. This allows processing to continue if the browser disconnects and allows completed work to be reused after an interruption. Photos, notes and processing checkpoints are removed after successful completion; unfinished job data expires no later than 24 hours after the job starts, and may expire earlier with the purchase window. The completed customer report is stored separately for 3 days after completion with a randomly generated private recovery credential and fixed expiry. This copy does not include submitted photos, raw notes, processing checkpoints, or Stripe references. Expired content is not served, and scheduled cleanup removes it from active storage. Provider backups or service/security records may persist under Cloudflare's own policies. This temporary content is separate from our durable consent audit and funnel analytics; it is not used for advertising, resale or unrelated analysis. Completed-report access requires the private recovery link or code; anyone with it can open the report, so keep it private. Reopening does not create another checkout or AI analysis. For a permanently failed report, we retain only the payment reference and refund-reconciliation status needed to complete an automatic refund after deleting the submitted content. Pending reconciliation remains until resolved; its temporary status record is then removed after three days. Stripe retains payment, refund and fulfillment records.
A completed report may be recovered with the same purchase reference during its temporary availability window. After expiry, we cannot retrieve it; download the PDF for your own records. Contact support using the short support reference if generation or delivery fails. Start a new assessment or clear browser data to remove an unfinished local draft.
