PropertyReady AI is a product of ForePublishing LLC, the seller of this service. PropertyReady AI requires a one-time payment for each property analysis. The applicable price is displayed before checkout. The following policy describes when a refund may be issued.

Any approved refund will be limited to the amount paid for the specific property analysis associated with the request.
Because each PropertyReady AI report is a personalized digital product generated from customer-submitted information and photographs, purchases are generally non-refundable once a usable completed report has been successfully delivered for viewing or download.
Dissatisfaction with the recommendations, readiness score, estimated costs, priorities, or other conclusions in a usable, successfully delivered report does not by itself qualify for a refund.
Temporary processing interruptions recover automatically where possible. If report generation stops permanently without a usable completed report, we automatically arrange a refund of the amount paid for that assessment. You do not need to request it or pay again. We show a refund as completed only after confirmation from the payment provider; bank posting times vary. Complimentary assessments have no payment to refund. Other verified issues, including duplicate charges, remain eligible for review.
Unfinished assessment data expires within 24 hours of starting the job, or earlier with the purchase window. Completed reports remain available for 3 days after completion through a private recovery link or code, without another payment or AI analysis. After expiry, customers may need to resubmit photographs for re-analysis. Download the PDF for long-term access; reports cannot be retrieved after temporary storage expires. Temporary browser drafts and third-party processing and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
Automatic refunds for permanently failed report generation do not require an email. For other refund requests, email us at support@propertyreadyai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
We will review your request and respond within one week. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. The time required for the credit to appear depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific property analysis giving rise to the claim.
