PropertyReady AI is a product of ForePublishing LLC, the legal operator and seller of this service. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to ForePublishing LLC. PropertyReady AI is a brand name — it does not represent a separate legal entity.
PropertyReady AI provides an AI-powered property-preparation analysis service. Users submit property photographs and other optional information and receive a personalized report that may include features such as readiness assessments, prioritized recommendations, action planning, budget guidance, and report content that can be downloaded or shared by the user.
Reports may be delivered through the application, as a downloadable PDF, or through other formats made available by the service. No account creation is currently required, and there are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless clearly disclosed before purchase.
The service requires a one-time payment for each property analysis. The applicable price is displayed before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing payment, you authorize a charge for the amount shown at checkout. Discounts or complimentary access codes may apply where available.
The service may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, or unable to generate or deliver a report because of technical or third-party service issues. If payment succeeds but generation or delivery fails, follow the retry instructions or contact support with your Stripe payment reference; do not pay again for the same attempt. Our Refund Policy explains eligibility for technical failures and duplicate charges, possible complimentary re-analysis, and how to request a refund. Completed reports are generally non-refundable once made available, subject to that policy and any rights required by applicable law.
Your completed report is available for 3 days using its private recovery link or code, without another payment or AI analysis. Download and save your PDF for permanent access. Private temporary assessment storage supports processing and report recovery. Photos, notes and checkpoints are removed after successful completion; unfinished data expires within 24 hours of starting the job, or earlier with the purchase window. The completed report and private recovery credential expire 3 days after completion. Reports cannot be retrieved after expiry. A temporary browser draft also supports checkout; provider processing and retention are described in our Privacy Policy. Re-analysis may require you to resubmit your photographs. A generation-status marker does not by itself establish that you received a usable report; contact support if delivery fails.
You represent and warrant that you own the property shown in the submitted photographs or have obtained all permissions necessary to photograph and analyze it. You must also have permission to upload any photographs, notes, or other information submitted through the service.
You may not use PropertyReady AI in connection with trespassing, unlawful surveillance, invasion of privacy, or the unauthorized assessment of another person's property. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate any person's privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights.
PropertyReady AI and ForePublishing LLC do not verify property ownership, access rights, or authorization to submit photographs.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForePublishing LLC, PropertyReady AI, and their owners, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your lack of authorization, your submitted materials, or your unlawful or prohibited use of the service.
You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service in any way that violates applicable law, and are responsible for the accuracy of any notes you provide about your property.
You retain your rights in the photographs, notes, and other content you submit. By submitting that content, you authorize ForePublishing LLC, operating as PropertyReady AI, and its necessary service providers to transmit and process it solely as needed to provide your requested analysis and report. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or grant advertising, marketing, resale, unrelated AI, or other secondary-use rights. Temporary browser storage and processing by Cloudflare and OpenAI, including their service and security retention, are explained in the Privacy Policy.
The report and all recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or home-inspection advice. Recommendations are based on the photographs and information you submit, may contain errors, and cannot evaluate conditions that are not reasonably visible in those materials. The service cannot assess hidden defects, odors, sounds, structural or mechanical condition, moisture not visible in photographs, or other conditions outside the submitted images. Written notes provide context but do not establish that a condition has been visually verified. Review recommendations before acting and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. The report generated for your property is provided for your use in preparing, marketing, or listing that property. You may download, copy, and share the report or its summary with your real-estate agent or others assisting with that process. PropertyReady AI’s software, methodology, templates, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of ForePublishing LLC or its licensors. Permission to use and share your report does not transfer ownership of those materials or authorize their separate reuse as a competing platform or template product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForePublishing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the PropertyReady AI service, including but not limited to outcomes related to the sale of your property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ForePublishing LLC arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific property analysis giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
